Firestone Complete Auto Care

Michele and Duncan were extremely kind to me. I happened to pull in on my way to church with an urgent issue with my tires, and they responded immediately. They took the time to check all four tires and made sure everything was properly secured and safe before I got back on the road. I was honestly overwhelmed with gratitude because the situation could have turned out very differently. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern meant more to me than they probably realized. It was truly refreshing to experience customer service at this level today. It’s great to see that quality customer service and genuinely caring for people are still valued in business. Thank you, Michele and Duncan, for taking such great care of me!

Firestone has always treated us great! They were amazing when another place tried to price gouge us with unnecessary work, accepted a tow truck bringing my car from the other place, and did the work in the quoted amount of time. This most recent visit, they recommended I take my car to a specialized repair shop as it would be cheaper for me than what they are certified to do; again refusing to price gouge. They are always friendly, communicative, and do the work in the quoted time! I highly recommend this Firestone!

Michelle and the entire team saved my day, my car, and my mental health. After being told something was wrong and an alignment wasnt possible at Discount Tire, i came on over to Firestone and they had me all good and ready to go within 1.5 hours. I am so grateful for the effort, communication, and good energy of these employees! I will be telling everyone i know about this location and how helpful they were. Thanks again Michelle ☺️

I love this Firestone. The employees are always nice and friendly. My experience today was especially nice because the technician really worked with me to get a part replaced on my vehicle without charging me the price that's listed for the labor. I can't express how much I really appreciate his kindness. Keep up the good work Firestone crew!!!

After bringing my car in for initial repairs, I found that further attention was required. Upon returning, I was immediately put at ease by the attentive and professional approach of firestone crew, thier thorough troubleshooting ultimately led to identifying the root cause of the problem and ensuring the repair was completed satisfactorily. Michelle took charge of the issue from start to finish, demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout the process. Additionally, Troy, the technicain responsible for the repairs, took the time to engage with me directly, his willingness to listen to my concerns and understand the issues I had been experiencing greatly contributed to the overall positive experience. I would like to acknowledge the combined dedication and expertise of Michelle, Ben, and Troy made this a very positive and reassuring experience for me as a customer. Thank you for fostering such a capable and customer-focused team. I look forward to relying on your services again in the future.
